Clear Cache in 4 Steps

This removes stored website data so Chrome loads a fresh copy of every page.

1

Open Chrome Settings with a Keyboard Shortcut

Press the shortcut below to jump directly to the "Clear browsing data" dialog — no menu hunting needed.

⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift + Delete
2

Or Navigate Directly via the Address Bar

If the shortcut doesn't work, click the address bar, type the URL below, and press Return.

chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
3

Select Time Range & Check the Right Boxes

Set Time range to All time for a full clear. Make sure at least these three items are checked:

All timeTime range
Browsing history
Cookies & site data
Cached images & files
4

Click "Clear data" and Reload the Page

Click the blue Clear data button. Chrome will clear the cache in seconds. Then reload the page you were having trouble with.

Pro Tip — Hard Reload Without Clearing Everything

For a quick one-page refresh that bypasses cache, hold ⌘ Cmd and press ⇧ Shift + R while on the problem page. This forces Chrome to re-download just that page without touching your saved passwords or other site data.

⚠️

Heads up: Clearing cookies will sign you out of websites including LP3, iConnect, Paychex, and Webmail. Have your login credentials ready before proceeding.
